Mom’s Support Group @ Bridge of Hope--Richmond Tickets

The Bridge is a  mom’s group hosted by Bridge of Hope Women’s Resource Center that will allow moms and soon to be moms an opportunity to meet together, learn and grow. We will be meeting on the 1st Monday of every month from 4 pm to 5 pm and will be covering topics like Child Seat Safety, Infant CPR, Postpartum Depression, and Nutrition, just to name a few.

We currently don’t have childcare but newborns and lap babies are welcome to attend with their mom’s.

Moms who attend will be given an opportunity to receive Bridge of Hope vouchers for baby needs such as diapers, wipes, baby blankets or formula.

Please RSVP at 816-520-7828 or from the Bridge of Hope Facebook event, so we know how many will be attending.

Our mission is to provide quality, comprehensive training and services to protect the well-being and safety of children and youth 19 years of age or less and to strengthen families in Lafayette County.   On April 5th, 2005, the citizens of Lafayette County passed a one-eighth of a cent sales tax measure, which created a Children’s Services Fund for children and youth nineteen years of age or less in Lafayette County. The fund is created pursuant to RSMo ss67.1775 and RSMo ss210.861. The funds are awarded to local agencies that provide services and fulfill unmet needs of qualifying children in Lafayette County, Missouri

 

All board meetings are open to the public in accordance with the Missouri Sunshine Law. Minutes and all public records from the meetings are available on our website or for review at the LCCSF office.  All who may be interested are invited and encouraged to attend the Board meetings.
